Bill Chang is CEO of Singtel's Digital InfraCo and CEO/Executive Director of Nxera, its regional data centre business. He was CEO, Group Enterprise from 2012, having joined Singtel in 2005. Bill chairs the Singapore Institute of Technology's Board of Trustees and Bridge Alliance's board and previously served on the Urban Redevelopment Authority board. He was awarded Singapore's Public Service Star (2017) and Public Service Medal (2007). Bill holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Monash University and completed Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
